Information we collect

We collect only what a booking requires: your name, contact number, the address for the appointment and any health notes you choose to share with your therapist.

How we use it

Your details are used to schedule and deliver your treatment, and to contact you about that appointment. We do not sell or share client data with third parties.

Cancellation & rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to two hours before the confirmed arrival window. Later cancellations may incur a partial charge.

Health & safety

Please disclose pregnancy, recent surgery, injury or any medical condition before treatment so your therapist can adapt the ritual safely.
